- Custom orders can be requested. The yard greeting sign price will vary. Custom orders must be placed and paid for at least 3 weeks prior to your event date. This notice is needed to design, print, and ship your custom order to us.

- We may be able to accommodate (for an additional fee) areas outside the 8-mile radius from our Hazelwood office. Price vary according to location.
- Out of area fees range from $20-$75 . Two-day rental required for residential, over 12 miles.

- We will deliver and set up your yard greeting rental between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. on the day of your event. Pick-up time vary.
- We may be unable to deliver a yard greeting during severe or hazardous weather conditions (lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, and winter storms).
- We will attempt to reschedule delivery or issue a full refund or credit the amount to a future booking.

- Baskets/Boxes for all occasions. Each basket will be gift wrapped with a bow. Prices vary.
- A gift card (restaurant, retail store, or Visa) can be added.
- Available for pick-up at our office.

REFUND POLICY

If you must cancel your booking, we require a 24-hour notice in order to receive 1/2 of the rental fee as a refund or a credit for the full fee toward a future booking. Credit must be used within 1-year.

No refunds will be issued, if incorrect delivery address is provided during booking. A $35 re-delivery fee will be charged, if we must return to remove, change and re-setup the yard greeting at the correct address.

No refunds will be issued, if we are denied access to the property/(gated community) or if the property owner/recipient asks for the display to be removed.

No refunds will be issued, if animals, or other factors outside of our control, prevent the display from being set up.

- Please note that your booking is not confirmed by submitting this form. A Favor 4 U, LLC. will review your request and get back to you within 24-hours with an email/text confirming the date and any other details.
INVOICE
- A Favor 4 U, LLC. will send you an invoice for payment via e-mail. A paid invoice confirms and hold your reservation (all bookings are handled on first respond/first serve basis).
Yard Sign care
- Please do not move the signs, discard, or alter the display set-up by A Favor 4 U, LLC., including our advertising sign. If items are vandalized, missing or damaged, you will receive a separate invoice for full replacement value.
- Please do not attach anything, including balloons, to any part of the display as this may damage the signs.
- Please do not mow or your lawn while our display is set-up to prevent damage to the signs.
- Outdoor yard signs cannot be installed in rock yards or artificial grass. Contact us about other display options.
- For the safety of everyone, please do not allow people or animals to play on or around the yard greeting display. The yard greeting signs will not hold the weight of adults, children, or animals.
- If you are booking yard greeting sign for someone else, you are responsible for making the recipient aware of all policies associated with A Favor 4 U, LLC.
- By agreeing to have A Favor 4 U, LLC. participate in your event, you agree that A Favor 4 U, LLC. and all representatives is not responsible or liable for any injuries or damages that may occur to property during the set-up or removal of any yard greeting sign rentals.
